When new families join us, we try and make it as smooth as possible which is why we offer settling in sessions before any child starts with us. Usually carried out the week before their start date, we will invite you in for three free sessions.
The first session will be for an hour and that is where you will stay with your child as you meet their key person. You will also discuss your child’s current routine, likes and dislikes as well as completing any paperwork.
The second session is for an hour and a half and that’s where you will stay for around 10 minutes to settle your child and then leave.
The third session is for two hours and you would treat this like a normal drop off.
These sessions are flexible and we can arrange more if you feel your child isn’t settled.
